For non-British deliveries shipping and import duties/taxes will be paid by D’Von Audio but the customer is reminded that they are still the importer to their country and would need to pay any bills regarding this unless previously paid by D’Von directly to shippers.

If you re required to pay import duties or taxes then D’Von Audio will reimburse import cost upon receipt of a copy of the official import bill. Fraudulent claims and altered paperwork will not be entertained. Import charge refunds will not paid without receipt of official import documentation.

Import bill refunds will be returned through whatever method of payment was originally used; credit card, bank transfer etc.

If we ship goods to an address in the country of purchase and then they are subsequently forward shipped to a third country our shipping costs and any insurance liability ends at the initial order delivery address at time of purchase.

30-Day Returns

Buying a product on-line that you haven’t seen or heard can be nerve racking so to help minimise your risk D’Von Audio offers a 30-day return so that you can listen to our products in the comfort of your own home.

If our products are not to your liking they can be returned to us – we will even supply a free returns label but please remember that there is a £75.00 restocking fee as per our “Terms & Conditions”.

The 30-day return starts when your package is delivered. If you wish to return the items within the 30-day period simply send us an email and we will send you a return label or arrange collection dependent on your location.

Once we receive the returned product we will inspect for any damage and the refund will be calculated minus the £75.00 restocking fee.

Refunds can take 5 – 10 days once returned product is received.

IMPORTANT

All items MUST be returned in their original packaging; no returns will be accepted any other way.

All products must be received by us in the same condition you received them; any signs of misuse or user related damage will affect your refund. Please refer to our “Terms & Conditions” for full details.
